Unlike hotels, which have full-time maintenance teams and staff available around the clock, Luana Moana is a privately owned luxury vacation home. While we do not have on-site personnel, we remain committed to caring for both our guests and our home with the highest level of attention.

If an appliance or home system experiences an unexpected issue during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through simple troubleshooting, and our trusted handyman will first evaluate the situation and make every reasonable effort to restore the item to working order.

Should the issue require specialized repair or replacement, a licensed professional will be scheduled. Because these service providers are independent third-party businesses, appointment availability is determined by their schedules rather than ours. While we will always advocate for the earliest possible service, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we work within their availability.

Your prompt communication is invaluable. Reporting concerns as soon as they arise allows us to begin the resolution process immediately, minimize any inconvenience, and ensure the home remains in excellent condition for you and future guests.
