GUEST AGREES TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH LUANA MOANA AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, LUANA MOANA HOUSE RULES, LAULOA COMPLEX POLICY AND PROCEDURES AND PRIVATE POLICY. BOTH PARTIES WILL BE CONSIDERED IN CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WHEN GUEST BOOKS RESERVATION AND FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $2,500 IS REQUIRED UPFRONT AT TIME OF BOOKING. THIS IS A COMPETITIVE AMOUNT IN COMPARISON TO OTHER SHORT TERM RENTAL WEBSITES. INDUSTRY STANDARD IS $3,000. IT WILL BE REFUNDED IF NO MISSING, DAMAGE OR HOA NONCOMPLIANCE CLAIM IS FILED. SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED VIA MAILED BANK CHECK WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE DATE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE OUTSIDE OF 30 DAY WINDOW TO CHECK-IN DATE.
50% REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF CHECK-IN.
